However, in recent years, we have seen this iconic pier fall into disrepair. It's heartbreaking to see such an important part of our community neglected. The pier is not just a structure; it's a symbol of our shared history and love for the beach.

However, the purpose of our organization and the pier project is not simply to reflect on the past, or even the present, but what lies ahead.
